Please note that our prices may vary based on the overall size and temperament of your dog, the condition and length of the coat, as well as the specific treatments that you are requesting or we are recommending. Professional consultation will be given to you upon arrival for your appointment. We only use all-natural products and offer a post-groom consultation on maintaining the health and looks of your dog in the interim period. Our salons are modern, bright and free from unpleasant odours. We take pride in our working environment and expect owners to show an equal respect for our furniture.

Where possible please try to ensure that your pet has had plenty of exercise and the opportunity to ‘do their business’ before they come to the grooming salon.

Pet grooming is a very labour intensive process, with the average time for a standard groom taking between 2-3 hours. If your pet’s coat is excessively knotty we will have to spend more time grooming and as result there will be an additional charge for the extra time taken to carry out this service.

We do not groom out excessive matting (the groomer will determine if your dog’s coat is excessively matted). The process of de-matting can cause pain, stress and harm to your dog and, as caring groomer’s, we will not inflict excess pain. If the matting is extensive the groomer will advise you to have your dog’s coat clipped very short. Remember, it is not the groomer’s fault your dog’s coat has become excessively matted.

If you have chosen a Master Grooming service you are paying for the expertise, experience and skill of a professional Master Stylist, rather than an average groomer. The Master Grooming service can be requested and the experience level and style are reflected in the price.

We wish to be a FLEA-FREE ZONE! If fleas are found during the course of our work we will perform our de-flea bathing treatment and charge an additional cost of £10. This charge is to cover the cost of the specialised shampoo and the subsequent treatment of the salon to prevent any flea infestation.

We have a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all the animals in our care. Therefore we recommend that every client’s dog be up-to-date on all vaccinations. Please remember that not all dogs can receive grooming services. Your dog’s health, age and overall disposition can determine whether or not he/she will benefit from our services. We only offer services that are appropriate for you and your dog. You will be informed of any concerns upon arrival.

If your dog is elderly, suffering from any physical ailment, or under veterinarian care for a condition that could be worsened by grooming, you will be required to provide a written release.

If your dog is especially nervous, scared, or excitable, you can help them to feel more relaxed during their grooming service by giving them more playtime and exercise prior to their visit.

If a dog should become too agitated to be safely bathed or groomed, our staff will not attempt to continue. We hold your dog’s welfare as our top priority.

We pride ourselves on grooming excellence and as part of our commitment to you we also include a free initial consultation so that you can be confident in choosing the right treatment for your loved one. Pick up the phone, drop us an email or pop in to one of our salons and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your dog’s appointment. If a full 24 hours’ notice is not provided we will charge a 75% cancellation fee.

If you are running late for your dog’s appointment please phone us as soon as possible. We are able to hold your dog’s appointment for 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time we will charge a 75% cancellation fee and the appointment will have to be re-scheduled.

Please understand that when you are late it affects our ability to provide a timely service for the remainder of the day.

The type of service requested determines the length of stay.

Bathing usually lasts for 1.5 hours

Haircuts and spa treatments usually last between 2 and 4 hours.

All dogs need to be collected within 1 hour of service completion.

If your schedule does not allow for pick up within this timeframe please let us know. We reserve the right to charge a late pick-up fee of £10 per hour, per dog. If you would like us to co-ordinate with an existing day-care provider or dog walker please ensure we have their contact details.

Please let us know in advance should you need any special arrangements for your visit.
